ARFC suffers 1st league defeat due to insufficient warriors

With only 12^th aging warriors, ARFC succumbed to fatigue and in the process, suffered its first league defeat after going down 1-2 to E’Valor.

Ismail returned to action to take his place in goal.

ARFC quickly conceded a goal which was its 1000^th goal conceded to its opponents since its inauguration in June 1991.

ARFC then went two goals down to trail 0-2 at half-time.

Within 7 minutes from the re-start, ARFC pulled a great goal back. Not unsurprisingly, Khim managed to spot a needle-thin space in their defence and threaded a world-class through-ball for Chun Haw.  Living up to his promise as the anointed future ARFC captain, Chun Haw timed his run to perfection and simply placed the ball past their stunned GK to continue his scoring streak for the 4^th successive match.  1-2 and this was Chun Haw’s 46^th ARFC goal.

Unfortunately, ARFC warriors were all tiring and could not conjured more goals and lost 1-2. With more warriors present, ARFC would definitely have won the match.
