ARFC Online Lesson No2 - Scissors Kick





Execute kick while in mid-air






Cushion landing with non-kicking leg absorbing most impact. Cross over kicking leg and stretch out both arms to maintain balance.






Lift up kicking leg while anticipating a goal






Maintain posture till the ball hits the net, post or crossbar, or goes out of play, or is saved by keeper.








Persevere...



even after 7attempts!
